Efon Alaaye is a town in Ekiti State. This area is majorly inhabited by the Yoruba people. Efon Alaaye is under Efon Local Government Area. Its inhabitants are majorly farmers, they grow cash crops. They have a monarchial ruler called the ‘Alaaye of Efon’ and assisted by six High Chiefs called the ‘Iwara Mefa’. Efon Alaaye is a town full of hills, it has a relatively rough terrain.
