Isoko South is a Local Government Area in the Isoko region of Delta State (Nigeria). Its headquarters is at Oleh, Nigeria. Isoko South is one of the two local governments that make up Isoko region. The eleven communities in Isoko South are; Olomoro, Emede, Enhwe, Erowha, Igbide, Irri, Okpolo, Oleh, Delta, Umeh and Uzere.
