Wuye District, one of the beautiful urban districts in Phase 2 Abuja, houses privately owned estates, federal government housing estates, and a few other social/commercial amenities. Although it is not as exclusive as districts in Phase 1, it is a well-developed area with more affordable house rent. You can find Wuye along the Nnamdi Azikiwe Express Way, with Utako and Wuse as its outlying districts.
